How do I find a specific item?
No matter what page you’re on in our web site, there are always easy ways to find exactly what you’re looking for. Every page gives you the option to go to the search page or to access our main navigation on the left. To search for a specific item, type either the item name, the item number or keywords that describe the item into the search field.

Is the information I give you secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts (scrambles) all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Please note: email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card information. If you prefer not to order online, you can place your order by Fax or phone.

How do I place an order?
It’s easy. First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, choose any applicable options and then click the Add to Bag button. You will be taken to the shopping bag where quantity can be adjusted. When you are ready to checkout, click "Shopping Bag" at the botom of the left navigation bar. Click the Checkout button at the bottom of the page. You will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order. You’re done! A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email confirmation will also be sent promptly. You may also phone, fax or mail orders by following the instructions found here.

How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, directly and PayPal which also can accommodate American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept business checks, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. (All check orders will be held until cleared.) Established retail stores can apply for an open account; you will need to provide your business bank information, bank officer's name and contact info, three credit references. Please contact Customer Service if you would to have a form faxed or have questions.

Do you charge sales taxes?
We are not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any states other than North Carolina and Pennsylvania (which requires taxation on the total price). The customer is responsible for making sure all required taxes are paid.

How do your promotions work?
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes (collectively "Promotions") are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.

  • One time use Promotions must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Promotions do not apply to shipping, applicable taxes or similar services.

  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted.

Can I request a catalog?
Ironwood Gourmet™ publishes traditional paper catalogs once a year - if you are a qualified reseller, retail store, or on line merchant, you can request a catalog by contacting Customer Service.
